Can my studio create unlimited websites?

Yes. Website generation is unlimited while your subscription is active, within the product categories and samples assigned by LoveSolutions Super Admin.

Will my clients see other studios or samples?

No. Your brief routes resolve the studio first and return only the categories and samples assigned to your account.

What happens when my plan expires?

You cannot generate or activate new websites until renewal. Existing client websites are not deleted, and Super Admin retains support controls.

Are template images copied for every project?

No. Generated websites reference the shared template and common assets. Only client-specific uploads are stored separately.

Can I manage leads and expenses too?

Yes. The existing LoveSolutions lead and finance workflows are tenant-scoped inside Partner Studio.

Who can join the associate commission programme?

Wedding planners, photographers, studios, event professionals, vendors and individual associates can join for a one-time ₹999 lifetime fee. Associates earn 30% commission on their first 10 eligible orders and 40% from order 11 onward. LoveSolutions Super Admin verifies every payout.

Partner Terms & Privacy Notice

Please read this notice before submitting an application. Your approved plan, access and commercial terms are confirmed separately by LoveSolutions.

1. Applicant authority and accurate information

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorised to apply for the named business or studio, and that the information, files and contact details supplied are accurate and lawful. You will promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate.

2. Review, approval and account creation

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, create a partnership, or activate any product. LoveSolutions may verify the application and decide the final plan, categories, samples, validity and account permissions. Access begins only after approval and issue of credentials.

3. Plans, fees, credits and commissions

Subscription plans and the ₹999 lifetime commission association are separate offers. A subscription does not require the association fee. Commission-only access does not include client brief generation unless eligible credits or a subscription are active. Prices, taxes where legally applicable, credit inclusions, eligible orders, commission tiers, payment status and renewal terms are those recorded in the approved account or written confirmation. No payment is taken by this application form.

4. Permitted platform use

Approved access is limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You must not share credentials, bypass plan limits, scrape or reverse engineer the service, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity.

5. Client content and permissions

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary client permissions for names, photographs, music, video, event details, messages and other content you upload or ask LoveSolutions to process. You retain applicable rights in your content and grant LoveSolutions a limited licence to host, process, resize, display and transmit it solely to provide, secure, support and improve the requested service.

6. Privacy and communications

LoveSolutions may process application, business, contact, usage, security and support information to review the application, create and administer accounts, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records and comply with law. Necessary service providers may process data under appropriate obligations. You may request correction or withdrawal of consent for optional communications, subject to lawful retention and operational requirements.

7. Security and account responsibility

You must protect credentials, use authorised employee access only, and notify LoveSolutions promptly of suspected compromise. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorised by you unless reported. LoveSolutions may use security logs and access records to investigate misuse and protect studios, clients and the platform.

8. Templates, branding and intellectual property

LoveSolutions and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, templates, code, shared assets, documentation, trade names and branding. Approval gives you only the right to use assigned features for the approved business purpose. You may not remove rights notices, resell platform access, or claim ownership of LoveSolutions materials.

9. Publishing, third-party services and availability

You are responsible for reviewing client details and obtaining approval before publishing. Delivery may depend on browsers, devices, networks, hosting, maps, messaging, payment providers or other third-party services. LoveSolutions may maintain, update, restrict or temporarily interrupt features for security, legal or operational reasons.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended for expired plans, unpaid amounts, security risk, suspected abuse, unlawful content or breach of these terms. Existing records may be retained or made available as required by the approved plan, legitimate business needs and applicable law.

11. Service responsibility and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, commercial results, client payments or error-free third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, LoveSolutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability relating to an affected paid service is limited to the fees paid for that service during the preceding three months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Claims arising from your use

Subject to applicable law, you are responsible for losses or third-party claims arising from content supplied without permission, unlawful conduct, misleading representations, credential sharing or a material breach of these terms.

13. Changes, governing law and contact

Material changes to ongoing service terms will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details and may require fresh acceptance. These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to competent courts at the place of LoveSolutions’ registered business, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact LoveSolutions support for privacy, access, billing or legal questions.

14. Electronic acceptance record

Checking the acceptance box and submitting the form is your electronic acceptance of this version. LoveSolutions records the terms version, the time shown by your device, the server receipt time and relevant security/audit information so the application can be attributed and reviewed.
